SHIPPING POLICY
At Lymphea, we're committed to shipping your orders quickly and with care so you can start enjoying our products without delay.
1. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of being placed. Processing times may occasionally vary depending on production schedules — if so, this will be noted clearly on the product page before you order.
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 8 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $40 / £35.
- For orders under that threshold, a flat shipping fee of $4.92 / £4.50 applies.
Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder, then reach out to us at contact@lymphea.co and we'll look into it straight away.
4. Additional Information
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary slightly depending on your destination, the carrier, customs clearance (for international orders), and circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is their responsibility. We'll do everything we can to help resolve any issues that arise.
If your delivery is unusually delayed, your package appears lost, or you encounter any other issue, please contact our customer care team at contact@lymphea.co — we're here to help.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment — though additional shipping costs may apply.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours (sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor or back to a sorting center) before contacting us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
