REFUND POLICY

At Lymphea, your satisfaction matters. If your experience falls short of what you hoped for, we're here to make it right. This policy outlines your rights, our process, and the small print that keeps things fair for everyone.


1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in Lymphea enough to stand behind it for two full months. You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to try the product and decide whether it works for you.

If it doesn't, contact us within that window and we'll process your refund under the conditions below.

After 60 days, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.


2. Return Conditions

Our 60-day guarantee is designed to let you try Lymphea without risk. Because Lymphea is a food supplement, returned bottles cannot be resold — which is why our policy is built around no physical return required for first-purchase guarantee claims.

First-time customers — opened or used bottle

If this is your first order of Lymphea and you've tried the product but it hasn't worked for you, you don't need to send anything back. Contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll process your refund directly. No return shipping. No complicated forms.

This applies once per customer, and covers one bottle.

Unopened, unused bottles

If you'd like to return an unopened bottle (extra bottles from a bundle, a change of mind before opening), we can accept the physical return. The product must be:

  • Unopened, with the original seal intact
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging

Subsequent orders

For refund requests beyond your first purchase, we assess each case individually. Our customer care team will always try to find a fair solution — whether that's a partial refund, a replacement, or store credit.


3. How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer care team first:

In your message, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • If returning a physical product: a photo showing the item unopened and in its original packaging

Our team will reply with the next steps and, if applicable, the return address.

Packages returned without prior confirmation from our team cannot be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders (see Section 5).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt of a package without proof of delivery.


5. Damaged Product or Incorrect Order

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please attach:

  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the damage
  • A photo of the product label
  • A photo of the outer packaging if it was damaged in transit

These photos are required to open a claim with the shipping carrier. Without them, we're unable to process a replacement or refund.

Requests received after 24 hours from delivery cannot be accepted for damage-related claims.


6. Refund Processing

Once we've received and reviewed your return — or approved your guarantee claim — we'll send you a confirmation email letting you know whether your request has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of approval.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several additional days for the funds to appear in your account. This is outside our control.


7. Special Situations

Sometimes things don't fit neatly into the categories above — a package already in transit, an address change, a lost delivery, an unusual circumstance. When that happens, our customer care team will work with you individually to find a fair solution.

We'd rather sort it out with a conversation than let a small issue turn into a bad experience.
