Lymphea is a brand operating an online store powered by Shopify, specializing in plant-based food supplements and related wellness products.

Lymphea products are food supplements. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 4. Orders and Pricing

When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. Your order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violations of these Terms.
  • Limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Any price changes take effect only on new orders placed after the change.

Promotional discounts, offers, and bundles are subject to their own terms, stated at the time of purchase. They are non-transferable, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be revoked in cases of abuse.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order and withhold future service until the matter is resolved.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed — we rely on third-party carriers once a package leaves our fulfillment center.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. We recommend choosing tracked shipping options whenever available.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a subscription or recurring delivery option, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at contact@lymphea.co. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled charge.

9. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on the Services, you are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

If you submit content to the Services — including product reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or feedback — you grant Lymphea a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content in connection with our business, including for marketing purposes.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Lymphea is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

If you reside in the European Union, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that isn't possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lymphea regarding your use of the Services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or verbal.
